Compost Bin Giveaway!

 

If you missed our countertop compost bin giveaway last Summer, now’s your chance! From June 12 through June 16, customers who drop-off food scraps to any of our Farmers Markets may receive a free compost bin. 

 

Supplies are limited, if you received a bin last year, please allow others to participate. 
 

Food scraps dropped off at Markets are transformed into compost, enriching soil and reducing landfill waste.

Gigi’s Microgreens & More

Christine established Gigi’s Microgreens & More in 2022 as a small “direct to community” farm offering 10 varieties of nutrient-dense microgreens. Microgreens are the earliest stage of a vegetable plant’s development and are packed with nutrition and flavor! Find Gigi’s at the Lorton Market, Sundays 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

 

Beanetics Coffee

Owners Jason and Nicole have roasted coffee at their Northern VA shop for almost two decades. Beanetics is a family-owned business that roasts over 30 single-origin coffees and signature blends using the finest green coffee beans from top-growing regions around the world. Find them at the McLean Market on Fridays from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

 

Chadon Beni

Jevon’s business is deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Caribbean cuisine that have been passed down through generations. His mission is to bring these cherished family recipes to a wider audience, offering a taste of the Caribbean's diverse flavors through his flavorful and unique pepper sauces. Find him at the Lorton Market, Sundays, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
