Harvest of Goodness: Feeding the Community!

 

Last month, our “Nourish Your Neighbor” program delivered a whopping 1,500 lbs. of fresh, local produce to nine Fairfax food pantries! Thanks to all of you for your generosity and support. Missed out? No worries—donations are back from October 23-27 at all Fairfax County Park Authority Farmers Markets. Let’s keep spreading the love and the veggies!

Final Call for Fresh Finds!

 

Wakefield and Kingstowne Farmers Markets are wrapping up for the season, so don’t miss your last chance to visit before they close! Kingstowne’s last market is Friday, October 25, and Wakefield finishes up on Wednesday, October 30. The great news? Compost collection at Wakefield continues through December 18. Grab your fresh picks and drop off your compost before winter sets in!
